Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its growing Privacy & Cyber Litigation Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level litigator to work at the forefront of data privacy and cybersecurity litigation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is open in multiple of the firm’s offices nationwide and offers the chance to contribute to high-stakes litigation with national implications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of complex litigation matters, with a focus on privacy and cyber-related issues.
- Lead factual investigations and discovery efforts in active cases.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and briefs in response to litigation developments.
- Represent clients in depositions, negotiations, and hearings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute case strategies.
- Maintain strong and trusted client relationships across a variety of industries and case types.

Qualifications
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
- 3–5 years of substantive experience in litigation and case management.
- Demonstrated experience leading fact investigations, researching legal issues, and developing litigation strategies
- Proficient in drafting pleadings (including answers), motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
- Experience conducting and defending depositions and negotiating with opposing counsel.
- Comfortable managing day-to-day case activity and client communications with limited supervision.
- Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is highly desirable.
- Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, research, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Compensation & Benefits
- Highly Competitive Salary: $250,000 – $305,000, commensurate with experience.
